In 1966, Bernard Bodkin, a painter who was doing work on the house, fell off his ladder and fell two stories. He survived, but sustained broken ribs.

Ralph and Pat Walter, a couple with a staggering nine children, are listed as living there at least as early as 1971, and they sold the house to Stanley J. Buszka for $36,000 in 1975. He sold the home to Francis Murray in 1979 for $44,900. In 2014, it was sold for 387,000, and after struggles selling the house due to work needed on it, it sold again in 2023 for $585,000.
